How Can severe Multiple Sclerosis Be Treated?

My problem is I think I might have a UTI so the doctor sent me and some antibiotics but I have multiple sclorics so I was on steroids for 3 days at home and I could have cellulitis I m not for sure but I all the sudden I have all these sores around my mouth and on my tongue it s like almost like blisters and I had some pineapple and mango yesterday and it made it worse and like it s in the cracks of my mouth to but I m not allergic so I don t know what s going on hurts really bad I m on Cipro antibiotic I ve had it before but I don t know if I should go to urgent care because I have cellulitis wish I could very well have because I was on steroids last week for 3 days so my immune system shutdown and my mom is sick she s got a nasty cough and I get cellulitis and UTIs all the time easy I don t know what I should do
